I cannot say enough good things about Ms. Brown, her staff, and C.A.R.E. Academy. I reached out to them late into my first pregnancy, looking specifically for a place where our daughter could build personal relationships in a small, loving setting—and where she could learn social skills and learn to trust her caregivers. Ms. Brown and C.A.R.E. Academy couldn’t have filled this need any better!

Our daughter joined the infant room (Caterpillars 1) at 8 weeks old, and after only two days, she was comfortable, not fearful, and engaging in her surroundings and with her teachers and classmates. The meals are healthful, the activities are age-appropriate, outdoor time and physical activity are encouraged, and she was ALWAYS happy when “at school.”

I was so saddened when work took us away from this fabulous group. If I could have taken her school and teachers with us, I would have. They are an exceptional group of people and a truly special place for young ones to grow and develop important early life skills. Thank you to all her providers—we miss you terribly!

C.A.R.E. Academy has gone above and beyond my expectations as a childcare provider! As a first-time mom headed back to work, I was anxious when searching for a daycare center that I felt confident would take excellent care of my child. I found this—and much more—at C.A.R.E. Academy. They not only keep me up to date on the day-to-day activities of my daughter with summaries and pictures, but it is also clear to me how much time and dedication is put into making sure she is well cared for each and every day.

I enjoy having her participate in holiday activities (such as Christmas Spirit Week) and cherish every art project that is sent home. I love hearing about the time spent outdoors, books read, and the songs that they sing each day. I can say without a doubt in my mind that my daughter adores her teachers and enjoys her time there—and I have great peace of mind knowing she is in excellent hands!

My daughter was enrolled here at CARE Academy for about a year. She fell in love with all her teachers and friends. Unfortunately, we had to move out of the area, but CARE Academy will always be very near to our hearts. Her teachers went above and beyond to care for my baby! This included FaceTime calls during the pandemic—my daughter absolutely needed that reassurance that her teachers were safe. On her last day, they threw her a party and wished her well on her new Pre-K adventure. If I could give this facility 100 stars, I would! I also remember a time when the owner’s mother met us at our car with an umbrella in the rain to make sure we got into the facility warm and dry! They truly lead with love here. Love, love, love this place!

I have toured upwards of 10 childcare and preschool centers, and CARE Academy is one of the VERY few that stands out as being truly committed to providing an exceptional level of care for their children—and their families.

The owner, Ms. Brown, is so warm and friendly, and it is evident that she is truly passionate about serving not only children and their families but her staff as well. It was clear from her explanation of her hiring, training, and supervision process that she thoughtfully selects her childcare staff and truly invests in both their professional and personal growth. She works diligently to ensure that her staff remain clear on the vision and mission of CARE Academy, feel fully supported in serving their children and families, and have the opportunity to be guided and supported in achieving their own professional goals.

Ms. Brown spent so much time with me to ensure that all of my questions were answered and was even willing to come in on a Saturday for a second tour to accommodate my husband’s work schedule. The intimate space of CARE Academy is clean and bright and has a very warm and inviting feel.

We have been bringing our kids to this daycare for over a year now and have seen so much progress with their speech, sign language, and mannerisms. We’ve been a part of parent-teacher conferences to ensure that they are on the right track, and their teachers have been very supportive. They also use the Brightwheel app to allow us to keep track of their daily activities, which keeps us at ease. Lastly, Ms. Brown has been nothing short of amazing in how she operates this daycare. We love everyone there and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you all for everything you do!

Our son has been going to CARE since he was about 12 weeks old. We absolutely love the director and staff at his school. It’s a small school, so he gets lots of personal attention. They use Brightwheel—an app on your phone that tracks updates on diaper changes, meals, photos, videos, etc. It’s like your own little BabyGram! He adores his teachers and the director, Ms. Brown. Each morning, he rolls in like he owns the place and marches right to his classroom to begin his day. The social skills he’s developed under their care are invaluable, and we know he is very loved by the staff. I really cannot say enough great things about this daycare.
