What You’ll Do Every Day
Build positive, trusting relationships with toddlers and their families
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Supervise and monitor children to ensure safety at all times
Support daily routines, including hygiene, diapering, and potty learning
Share daily updates and communication with families using Playground
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using Teaching Strategies
Use positive reinforcement and guidance strategies
Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental milestones
Encourage healthy eating habits and positive mealtime routines
Keep classroom materials clean, organized, and sanitized
Maintain required training hours (DSS, ABC, CACFP, First Steps)
Follow all center policies and state regulations
Organize learning centers and classroom spaces
Closing responsibilities
Support the team with additional duties as needed
