What You’ll Do Every Day
Build positive, trusting relationships with toddlers and their families
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Supervise and monitor children to ensure safety at all times
Support daily routines, including hygiene, diapering, and potty learning
Share daily updates and communication with families using Playground
Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons using Teaching Strategies
Use positive reinforcement and guidance strategies

C.A.R.E. Academy is seeking two energetic and dependable Summer Camp Counselors to join our 2026 summer program. Counselors will work with children ages 4–8, leading fun, hands-on activities inspired by our “Around the World” theme.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children ages 4–8 in daily camp activities
Help lead games, crafts, outdoor play, and themed experiences
Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
Support daily routines, transitions, and clean-up
Communicate professionally with camp leadership and families
Follow all center policies, safety guidelines, and state regulations
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
Experience working with children is a plus (not required)
