Ms. Brown
About Ms. Brown
Ms. Brown is a well-educated businesswoman who discovered her true passion in early childhood education. After spending many years building her career in the corporate world, she felt called to create something more personal and impactful — a place where children could learn, grow, and thrive in a nurturing environment.
In 2014, she founded C.A.R.E. Academy with the vision of offering high-quality childcare that combines education, compassion, and community. Since then, she has dedicated herself to supporting children, families, and staff while building strong connections within the local community.
Ms. Brown takes pride in not only leading a center that provides exceptional care but also in being a resource and partner to families. She believes that every child deserves a strong foundation, and she works tirelessly to ensure C.A.R.E. Academy continues to be a place where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
Ms. Shaquana
About Ms. Shaquana
Aloha! I’m Ms. Elizabeth Rivera (Shaquana), and I bring over 14 years of experience in childcare to C.A.R.E. Academy. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education from Trident Technical College and have dedicated my career to guiding young learners through their most important developmental years.
Teaching is truly my passion, and I believe in encouraging children to dream big. One of my favorite sayings to share with my students is: “If you can dream it, then you can do it.” I love creating a classroom environment where children feel supported, confident, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
Every day, I’m grateful for the opportunity to help children learn, grow, and discover who they are — while also building lasting connections with their families.
